CAN I SHARE A PACKAGE OF HOURS?
Yes, they may be split between family members, co-workers or an entire office. Please let me know specifics of how you will split the hours.
HOW IS BILLING HANDLED
For Administrative & Professional Services, hourly billing is on a bi-weekly basis and package billing is due each month on the first of the month.
For Personal Concierge Services, reservation/appointment setting is due prior to task and hourly billing is weekly.
IF I SIGN UP FOR A PACKAGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH, IS IT PRORATED?
No, the day you sign up will be the start of your month.
CAN I PAY ON A PER PROJECT BASIS?
Yes, email with the project details and we will respond with a price quote.
DO PACKAGE HOURS ROLLOVER EACH MONTH?
Yes, but they expire 3 months after the date of purchase.
CAN I PAY BY CHECK/MONEY ORDER?
No, we only bill and accept payments through Paypal.
DO YOU DO PAYROLL?
At this time we do not do payroll.
WHAT IS SIMPLE BOOKKEEPING?
This includes Excel/Word spreadsheets, reconciling a register or downloading statements/transaction to Excel for you.
