ABOUT ME


My name is Kathleen Marquez and I want to be YOUR ASSISTANT. I have a MBA from University of Phoenix Online. This means I have tons of experience telecommuting for projects and communicating via email, messenger services, and on the school’s platforms. I have a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from a brick and mortar school, UC Irvine. I have also taken specialized training courses in real estate and mortgage specific topics.

As a young adult I worked many jobs as someone’s assistant. Personal and administrative assisting - I have seen it all! The bulk of my work experience is primarily in the finance industry. I worked as an Administrative Assistant and Compliance Specialist for a Financial Services Company. That spun-off into a Mortgage Specialist position. When the affects of the recession were just starting to hit our firm I took time off to start a family and finish my MBA.

I truly have a passion for the small stuff. Those mundane tasks that people often procrastinate on doing. Well I love them. I love making lists and organizing and creating things that look professional.

After taking a sabbatical from working I am back to putting my academic background, business experience and knack for organization into a new venture.
