.Terms and Agreement
We are a Domestic and Administrative Company with Limited Liability. Any Service that is rendered on request is done on an On-Call basis with Independent staff who are screened for work references. We offer temporary services only and is not an employment agency. Individuals are entered into our Job pool and are dispatched per client needs on request. It is the right of Heather Elliott Services to charge a Finder's Fee for any individual you wish to keep on a long term basis. All of our staff are screened and checked for Criminal and Character discrepancies before being accepted in our job pool.
Payment
Most services will require a deposit which can be paid online or via telephone by electronic check or credit card. Online credit card payments are done through Paypal Secured services and is not accessible by our staff. Refunds are submitted 30 days after request only. Some services may also require a Non-Refundable fee and others may require cash or third party verification by telephone or fax. Our Clients' information is treated with utmost privacy and is handled discreetly and professionally.
Disputes and Complaints
Our Service disputes are handled by our Customer Service department and is usually resolved within 48 hours. If your dispute consists of payment transactions and is not resolved within the time stated, see your Paypal information or contact your bank. We do not refund deposit for services.
Disclaimer
All Staffers are strictly On-Call independent personnel who are not insured by Heather Elliott Services and are not formally offered employment,but a contract. We stand by our Brand and Service policies, however we cannot vouch for individuals character and behavior. By accepting this terms of agreement, you agree that Heather Elliott Services will provide you with hourly service as requested and will not be responsible for any injuries, accidents or incidents caused while service is being rendered. You also agree to allow up to 30 days for any monetary discrepancies relating to your fees and credits if applicable.
