If a service cannot be completed or an assistant cannot assist you in time, we will discuss other options with you. If you are not satisfied with our services, you are entitled in some cases to a full refund and in others up to 55% refund. The best part is, most of our services do not require payment up front. There is no obligation to use our services more than once.
Our assistants are identifiable as they are issued company shirts/blouses and ID Cards for you to easily identify them while they work with you.
